The Federal Ministry Of Education through the Federal Scholarship Board Management has announced scholarship programme for Nigerian Diplomats and Civil servants for a Postgraduate Certificate in International Relations and European Integration.
A statement signed by the Federal Scholarship Board Management and uploaded on the official Twitter of the Ministry on Saturday, stated that the Republic of Estonia announced that Estonian School of Diplomacy (ESD) Scholarship programme for 2021/2022 academic year in Tallinn is offering a full scholarship for Nigerian Diplomats and Civil servants for a Postgraduate Certificate in International Relations and European Integration.
It further stated that the scholarship covers tuition fee, monthly allowance (450EUR), accommodation, health insurance and lots more.
