It was indeed a moment of joy as Ajisope Golden Estate, located along Ikirun Expressway, Ota-Efun, Osogbo, Osun State, unveiled a famous film director and actor, Alhaji Muka Ray Eyiwumi as its Brand Ambassador.
At the event, which has four prominent traditional rulers in the state in attendant, the Chief Executive Officer of the estate, Alhaji Ajisope Abdulkabir, said the choice of Muka Ray was based on its integrity and hardworking in his profession of choice.
He noted that the actor will, no doubt, be a good ambassador that will further enhance the popularity of the company as his intention was to see Osogbo developing and to give people access to easy land devoid of crisis from any quarter.
Ajisope said the actual price of each plot in the estate is #25m which benefits include high quality interlocking paved roads and good road network, concrete drainage system, beautiful landscapes, walkways, street light and regular power supply, adequate security such as security gate and security house.
In his acceptance speech, Alhaji Muka Ray expressed his joy and willingness to work for the progress of Ajisope Golden Estate.
Speaking at the official opening event, Olowu of Kuta in Ayedire local government area of Osun State, Oba Adekunle Oyelude urged Real Estate Developers to invest in rural areas as this will bring about migration of people back to the rural area.
According to Oba Makama, investing in rural areas by real estate developers will bring back people from urban area to the rural areas and minimise rural-urban migration.
“This is a new innovation in Osun State. There are lots of private estate in the country but they lack correspondent planning.
“The C.E.O is introducing a new dimension into real estate. He has a clear mission and he has said he only want duplex without any alteration. This will also beautify Osogbo structure.
“The innovation will drew the State government and other big time players in the real estate sector to partner with the firm.
“I wish other people will emulate and built even at the rural areas, so that there could be urban migration back to the rural area”.
