Senator Dino Melaye on Monday 10th of July 2017 served Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) restraining Order to stop it from proceeding with his recall.
INEC insisted on Friday last week that it would go ahead with the recall process of the embattled Senator, as they have not been served any court rulling or process.
The recall which is expected to start today, Monday July 10.
Recall that Thursday same last week, Federal High Court Abuja presided over by Justice John Tsoho, rejected Melaye’s ex-parte motion for a temporary injunction to restrain INEC from proceeding with the recall process.
