Debo Odesola Withdraws From Osun House Of Assembly Race

An aspirant of the Osun State House of Assembly, Prince Debo Odesola, has withdrawn from the race to support Hon. Ireyode, AMILOADED reports.

Odesola, a 2019 House of Assembly aspirant, announced his withdrawal from the 2023 race in a statement on Thursday.

He said: “Politics is not do or die Affairs. Seek the interest of the community and seek your interest, seek your interest and seek your destruction.

“The interest of the party to me is paramount and nobody is above party supremacy. On this note, having met with the stakeholders of the party in a meeting at ibadan where the issue was resolved amicably without fear of favour, I hereby withdraw my candidacy to support hon. Ireyode for the interest of the party at local and state election.

“I want to urge my supporters to remain calm and let’s work for the progress of the party. I really thank them for their efforts so far,God in his mercy will be with you all.”
