Wonders will never cease! The kind of things we see or hear about are a true indication that the world is soon coming to an end. A video of a Congolese minister for Posts Telecommunications; Enock Ruberangaba Sebineza who was caught on camera stroking the proverbial monkey or rather masturbating has gone viral.
In the four minutes and 27 seconds video, Mr Enock is seen unzipping his trousers and what follows, only God knows. After he is done, he uses a white piece of cloth to wipe the cum and throws it in a dustbin and resumes work. He actually recorded the session himself proudly, no information as to how it got to the public. The video looked more like he was doing it for a lady on webcam, as he blew a kiss into the camera at a point in the video.
Jesus take the wheels! According to reports, President Kabila and fired Mr. Enock when the leaked video went viral, but we are yet to see his official statement on the sacking.
