ÌLÉPA, a Yoruba movie produced by Osun indigene, Akin Okunade, will be showing at the Cinema from Thursday (today).
ÌLÉPA, which is the first movie by an Osun indigene to be shown at the Cinema, will be aired at the Osun Mall, Filmhouse Cinema in Osogbo, the state capital on Thursday.
According to a statement made available to AMILOADED by the producer of the movie, ÌLÉPA would be shown by at the cinema by 2:30pm.
Okunade said, “In the film industry, Osun is ready to take the lead role and compete professionally among its peers. We need to also build best film crew and actors as we have in other state. The time is now.
“ÌLÉPA is breaking the record as the first movie produced by Osun indigene and shot here in the state which goes down in record as the first to be shown in the cinema fully packaged by BIGSCREEN ENTERTAINMENT.
“All roads lead to the Osun Mall, FILMHOUSE CINEMA, on Thursday, 5th August, 2021. Strictly by Tickets and Invitation. No African Time: Red Carpet starts by 2pm, film show starts by 2:30pm and we will be done by evening,” he stated.
