The Chief Executive Officer of Real Drill HydroKonsult, Alhaji Najeemdeen AjaniBAjani says the major challenge in starting a business in Nigeria is capital.
Babatunde said this in an interview with Amiloaded TV on Friday.
According to Babatunde, despite the situation of the country, his business, Real Drill HydroKonsult which has its headquarters in Osogbo, Osun State has been progressing.
“As a graduate of geology student, of Ibadan Polytechnic, I did not find myself in this business as a miracle, it was what I learned and studied in the school and my Industrial Training (I.T) helped me a lot about in this business,” Babatunde narrated.
Speaking on how his business has grown, the CEO said ‘if I start mentioning my clients now, we might not end this interview, from corporate bodies to State governments and the local level’.
However, he said there are sometimes the business is faced challenges in the site, like when he drills and doesn’t find water.
“When we are working often and often we make it profitable because we need to give value to our clients that is why failure has never been in my dictionary,” he stated.
He advised other entrepreneurs to understand that the only way to thrive as a CEO is to have an understanding of how to manage workers.
Babtunde also expressed his gratitude to God, saying he could point out some CEO that he has trained under his company who now stand on their own and are performing well.
