Osun State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola, has described President Muhammadu Buhari as a great gift and blessing to Nigeria as a nation and humanity in general.
Oyetola said the president, contrary to some opinions in some quarters, is highly incorruptible.
He maintained that Nigeria is lucky to have Buhari as President, describing him as a quintessential leader with unquantifiable love for the people, particularly the poor masses.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Ismail Omipidan, congratulating the president on his birthday, Oyetola also described Buhari as an honest man with high level of integrity and a leader with exemplary character worthy of emulation.
He said as President, Buhari has, no doubt, taken the country through a social, economic and political rebirth process that would eventually liberate the populace from the yoke and shackles of poverty and lift Nigeria out of economic stagnation.
“As you add to your age another year of joy and smiles, I pray that God Almighty continue to grant you the will and ability to continue with the good works you have been doing for humanity and the country. May God keep you for long in good health so that humanity can benefit from the impacts of your virtuous deeds for long,” Oyetola stated.
