The National leader of all progressives congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has arrived Yobe to meet with delegates ahead of the APC presidential primaries on May 29.
Yobe State is a stronghold of APC and home of former Caretaker Chairman of the APC, Gov. Mai Mala Buni.
Tinubu arrived Yobe enroute Cargo International Airport Damaturu and was treated to a warm reception.
Deputy Governor Idi Barde Gubana (Wazirin Fune) led party leaders, members of the Assembly, Commissioners, Special Advisers and APC critical stakeholders to receive Tinubu at the airport at Kallalawan.
The APC National leader is expected to pay a courtesy call on Governor Buni (Chiroman Gujba) and homage to the Emir of Damaturu Alh Shehu Hashimi 11 ibn Umar el Amin Elkenemi and later meet with party delegates at the Banquet Hall of Government House Damaturu.
