BREAKING: Ex-Oyo Governor Alao-Akala Is dead

Christopher Alao Akala, Former Governor  of Oyo State in southwest Nigeria, has died.

Mr Alao-Akala, from Ogbomoso, died at 71. Circumstances preceding his death were not immediately clear.
