The Olowu of Kuta Kingdom, Oba Hamid Adekunle Oyelude Makama, Tegbosun III, has endorsed Iwoland Youth Conference.
The Royal Father also called on Nigerian Youths to continue to show love and affection for one another in the interest of peace and unity in the country.
The monarch made this call and endorsement known when receiving the members of the conference planning committee, led by Yusuff Ola-Gold Mutalub, who paid him a courtesy visit at his palace on Monday 20th March 2017.
He commended the convener and members of the planning committee for their foresight and commitment, urging them to make the conference an annual program.
Excited Oluwo of Kuta received the members of the committee who stormed the palace, and the monarch gave his blessings and pledges his supports for coming project. He described the conference as a noble one which he said would no doubt uplift the entire Iwoland on completion.
Speaking earlier, the Chairperson, welfare and fundraising Committee, Mrs Olutayo Omolara-Alabi, said they were in the palace to intimate the Kabiyesi about their forthcoming conference and to seek for his royal supports and blessings for the conference to be a success.
Other members of the delegation were Yekeen Adio TenTen, Akintayo Akinniyi Jubreal, Tijani Omowumi, Mike Halim McOlumiko, Innovator Ishola M Ejiyemi, Fattyjoee Fatoki Joshua Ayobami, Alli Adam Alexwealth Machiavelli, Damilare Daniel Ademilokan-Oyejide, among others.
The Conference opens on the 8th April 2017 at the See-Bee Hotels & Events Center, Along Ibadan-Iwo-Osogbo Road, Iwo, Osun state
