While speaking, the spokesperson from Iwo, Mr. Nurani Musbau said they want the Assembly to step down the whole lists of nominees presented to them.
Mr. Musbau said the harmonised list prepared by the party leaders in their local government had been compromised and asked the House of Assembly to revisit the harmonised list submitted by the party leaders.
The Speaker, Mr. Timothy Owoeye, while addressing the protesters appealed to the protesters to be calm and patient while the House look into the matter.
