The President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday evening placed a call to the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Pantami over the loss of her 13-year-old daughter, Aishah

In a statement on Tuesday signed by the senior special assistant to the President on media and publicity, Garba Shehu said Buhari commiserated with the Minister by placing a call to him on Monday evening, and condoled with all members of the family on the sad event, urging comfort in the teachings of the Holy Prophet on the transient nature of life.

President Buhari prayed that Allah will accept the soul of the departed, and grant her Jannah tul Firdaus.
