The Lawmaker representing Obokun State Constituecy in the Osun State House of Assembly, Honourable Olatunbosun Oyintiloye will on Friday, September 15 be conferred the ‘2017 Distinguished Service Award’ by a United Nations group, Centre for Leadership and Good Governance International (CLGG).
According to a release from the group, the event which is in commemoration of the United Nations’ International Day of Democracy is also in recognition of notable Nigerians like Oyintiloye who are contributing to the sustenance of democracy in Nigeria.
The Friday event which is expected to be attended by political dignitaries and top government functionaries across the country will hold by 11am, at the NUJ hall, Iyaganku, Ibadan.
It will be recalled that the Lawmaker was rated the Best ‘Lawmaker in the South-West’ earlier this year by the South-West Zonal headquarters of Radio Nigeria.
