A renowned Politician who is also said to be in the Osun 2018 governorship race, Honourable Kayode Oduoye popularly known as Superkay was on Wednesday awarded by the Nigeria Medical Association, NMA.
Amiloaded gathered that the politician was so considered for his genuine efforts and contributions toward grass roots community health service in the State.
Oduoye was presented the Award of “Friend of the Association” at the State NMA House in Osogbo, during the Annual General Meeting/ Scientific Conference 2017 of the Association.
The event however took an emotional dimension as Post-Humous Award was presented to Adeleke Family of Ede in honour of Late Sen. Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke for his love for the development of Community Health Services.
Other Awardees at the event include Prof. Uche Onwudiegwu Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology OAU/OAUTHC Ile-Ife, Dr. Adebimpe Afolabi from Department of Paediatrics, LTH Osogbo, Dr. Adewale Adisa from Department of Surgery, OAU Ile-Ife among others.
