There was a little tension on Wednesday as suspected hoodlums killed a commercial motorcyclist, Kareem Jimoh and snatched away his motorcycle and cash in Osogbo, the capital of Osun State.
AMILOADED learnt that the incident occurred on Wednesday night at Akede-Iyaloja, Oke-Baale area in Osogbo.
According to sources, disclosed to our correspondent that there was sporadic shooting at the area to chase residents away before the motorcycle and N38,000 was stolen from the deceased.
Confirming the report to our correspondent, the Police Public Relations Officer in Osun, Yemisi Opalola said that one Ridwan Adebayo reported the incident to the Police.
Opalola disclosed said that two suspected hoodlums shot Kareem and carted away his Bajaj motorcycle and N38,000 at Akede-Iyaloja, Oke-Baale area, Osogbo.
