A Muslim Cleric in Iwo, Sheik Sheu Habeeb Alamu Olaotiipin has congratulated his brother, a former Vice Chancellor of Osun State University, Prof. Jelili Oguntola Alamu on his installation as the Asiwaju-Odo of Iwo land.
Sheik Olaotiipin wished him success in the discharge of his duties.
The cleric said the academic truly deserves the appointment adding that he is proud of the former university administrator integrity and candour.
Sheik Olaotiipin, the Chairman, Olaotinpin Foundation in Iwo charged Alamu not to relent in his efforts to make Iwo an enviable town in Osun disclosing that the traditional ruler of Iwoland, Oba Adbulrasheed Akanbi put a round pen in a round hole by appointing the former VC.
He said, “I am so proud of our professor and his commitment and contributions to the land of Iwo. Its an honour well deserved and I belive he will deliver in this new task.”
“I want to congratulate Prof. Alamu and wish him success in this task.”
