Five male workers who were victims of last night’s collapsed building at Obanikoro Street, in Enu Owa on Lagos Island, have been hospitalized.
The five adult workers according to on–site investigations conducted by LASEMA’s Team, all became victims of a failed controlled demolition site that collapsed on them while they were attempting to bring down the building. A process that led to their hospitalization.
Further, the entire premises of the collapsed building located in the heart of Enu Owa market has been cordoned off by LASEMA to forestall secondary incidents, while those in the neighborhood have been sensitized on the need to avoid the collapsed building site.
