A gang of people suspected to be Fulani herdsmen have benn reportedly kidnapped a Modakeke based pastor, Femi Akinniyi along Ife-Gbongan-Ibadan way.
Information gathered that the pastor in charge of Apostolic Church, Oke-yidi road, Modakeke was said to be kidnapped by the suspected Fulani gunmen about five days ago.
The victim said he was in his Toyota Corolla car with registration number OSUN 38FFE before his abduction .
At the spot however where the parked vehicle was, the policemen who reported saw how a side glass of the vehicle was riddled with gun bullets, ,reportedly towed it away to their divisional station in Gbongan.
However, the pastor who was whisked away into a forest said to he was tortured and beaten mercilessly by his abductors before they demanded for million naira from him which they later agreed to collect N650,000.00 when they discovered he could not raise such a large of amounts.
