Taye Currency Tenders Public Apology To Pasuma (Watch Video)

Fuji singer Taye Currency has made headlines after issuing a public apology to his boss, Alhaji Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, for a comment he made about him.

In the clip that surfaced online, Taye Currency who hailed from Ibadan stressed that people misinterpreted what he said about Pasuma while on stage as many do not know the actual story between him and Pasuma.

Taye Currency is well known for showing encomium on Pasuma, singing for him as a way to show how loyal and humble he was to the singer.

However, Taye Currency who is going to clock 50-year-old on December 17th revealed that no one should ever refer to Paso as his father in the fuji music industry. He noted that Paso is an elder brother to him as he is not old enough to be his father.

Speaking in Yoruba, Taye Currency also known as Baba Honourable utters; “Egbon mi ni Paso, ko to mi bi.”

He added that he is now 50-year-old and also went on to brag about his political influence noting to all and sundry that he is the biggest fuji artiste to ever come out of Ibadan, Oyo State.

However, in a new video, Taye Currency has apologized to his mentor Pasuma and his fans adding that he is so loyal and humble to him and should please forgo his comment that was interpreted by many as he concluded that Paso is an elderly person.
