‘No Pastor Needs Your Tithe to Be Rich or Survive’ – Delta Gov’s Aide

An aide to the Delta state governor, Ossai Success Ovie, has stated that if people stop paying tithe, pastors will not die and the church will continue to flourish.

Ovie made the assertion in a post shared on his verified social media page recently.

According to Ovie, the N5,000, N10,000, and N20,000 being paid by church members as tithe is inconsequential.

He also added that no pastor needs tithe to be rich or survive, as God has a way of blessing them.

Ovie wrote: “No pastor need your tithe to be rich or survive as God has ways of blessings them.Don’t think they are eating your money.

“Your 5k, 10k , 20k tithe is inconsequential to God, the church and Pastor. If you stop paying tithe, Pastor will not d*e, Church will still flourish.”
