Members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and a faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have converged to protest at the PDP State Secretariat Complex in Port Harcourt the Rivers State capital ahead of the Local Governments election.
In a video shared by Channels TV on Thursday, October 3, a heavy security presence could be seen at the scene of the protest.
The Local Government elections are scheduled for Saturday, October 5, 2024.
