Superstar Afrobeats singer David Adeleke professionally known as Davido in a new post on social media disclosed how politicians are making Nigerians to suffer intentionally.
Davido, the DMW boss is one of the trending conversations online as he joined the list of Nigerians reacting to the ongoing gubernatorial election in Edo State.
The singer who has been airing his grievances since the Edo election started today, September 21st, 2024 said that he is majorly interested in the election because his late mother was from the state.
The singer had earlier goes hard on Nigerian police for telling voters to go home after casting their votes. The “Unavailable” crooner appeared to encourage voters to stay at their polling stations, indirectly urging them to defy the police’s advice to leave after voting to ensure credible election.
Speaking further. Davido utters that INEC is one of the most dangerous institution in Nigeria, stressing that if the commission conducted free and fair election, he would win.
He tweeted; “The most dangerous institution in Nigeria @inecnigeria …”
He also added; “Winning is one thing. Being declared a winner is another thing! …. From 7pm make una go Dey mount collation center !! #EdoDecide2024.”
Meanwhile, in a post shared on his verified page on X, Davido discloses how politicians are making Nigerians to suffer intentionally, stressing the need for people to wake up.
According to Davido, politicians in Nigeria make people hungry and wallow in abject poverty, so that people can sell their votes during elections to survive.
