Bobrisky: Why I Won’t Honour EFCC’s Invitation – VeryDarkMan Opens Up

AMILOADED MEDIA HUB NEWS UPDATE

Activist and social media personality, Martins Vincent Otse, VeryDarkMan, has explained why he won’t honour an invitation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, bordering on an allegation of corruption levelled against officials of the agency.

VeryDarkMan had in a video played an audio recording purportedly belonging to social media personality, Bobrisky wherein the latter said he was asked to pay N15 million to have a money laundering charge against him dropped.

Reacting, the EFCC, in a letter, invited both VeryDarkMan and Bobrisky to its Lagos office to “assist investigators unearth the alleged bribery.”

But Otse, on Wednesday, said he won’t be honouring the invite to Lagos because he does not reside there and was not sure of his fate if he goes. He, instead, asked the anti-graft agency to invite them to their office in Abuja.

In the video Vanguard saw on X, formerly Twitter, he further accused the EFCC of not ensuring that Bobrisky was actually committed to prison and remained there.

He said, “Before you (EFCC) invite someone like me, do a deep investigation on your officers first. When you get the result from your officers who handled Bobrisky’s file then you can invite me.

“You are telling me to come to Lagos and the headquarters of EFCC is in Abuja, it makes no sense. You should, instead, invite Bobrisky to Abuja and do your investigation.

Lastly, why I would not go to Lagos is that I don’t have N15 million to pay for anything. I don’t have any godfather anywhere and I don’t want to be framed. I don’t trust you and I won’t go (to Lagos).” He concluded.

Recall that Bobrisky denied saying that he paid N15 million to have the money laundering charge dropped and described the audio as fake.
