Rep Mudashiru Lukman (L&K), member, representing Ayedire, Iwo and Ola-Oluwa Federal Constituency of Osun State has began the installation of Solar Street Light in Araromi-Panada Road in Iwo local government.
The move was aimed at lighting the community and enhancing its safety and security.
He noted that the gesture was to completement the good work of Governor Ademola Adeleke and assured the constituents of more dividends of democracy who constructed the road being illuminated.
He urged communities that are yet to benefit from the project to be patient, while expressing his determination to extend the gesture to them.
“This is just the first phase of the project. In the months to come, we are going to install many more streetlights across all the streets of Ayiwola Federal Constituency.
The elated people of the community who gathered to receive the street lights later offered special prayer for the lawmaker.
A shop owner along the road, Hon. Mojeed Agbaje who spoke on behalf of the residents of the benefiting communities thanked the lawmaker for carrying the community along in the scheme of things.
He assured him of the continued support of the people of the community.
