‘Our Joy Know No Bounds’ – Chief Emmanuel Obasi Congratulates Ebonyi Gov on His One-Year Anniversary in Office

The Special Adviser on Federal Project Implementation to the Governor of Kogi State, Chief Emmanuel Obasi, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, on his one-year anniversary of tremendous achievements in office.

In a congratulatory message, Chief Emmanuel, the immediate past Principal Secretary to the Governor of Ebonyi, celebrated the Governor for touching the lives of every Ebonyian through empowerment, employment, infrastructural development, capacity building, and prompt payment of salaries of civil and public servants, among other accomplishments.

The statement reads “1. 0n behalf of my family, I joyfully congratulate the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State of Nigeria, His Excellency, Rt.Hon Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru on his one year anniversary in office.

“2. It’s worthy to celebrate you because through your People’s Charter of Needs Agenda, you have touched the lives of virtually every Ebonyian in one remarkable way or the other through empowerment, employment, infrastructural development, capacity building and prompt payment of salaries of civil/public servants and clearing of all outstanding pensions and gratuities owed to retirees and award of scholarships to deserving Ebonyians and declaration of state of emergency in the health sector etc.

“3. Your have also taken bold decisions that will lead to overall development and trajectory growth of our dear state such as your decision not to borrow a Kobo to run the affairs of the State, the decision to construct two new Universities, construct more flyovers and tunnels in the State especially the one at Vanco Roundabout, reactivation and revitalisation of moribund industries across the State etc are eloquent testimonies that you are a God sent leader who is also on top of his game.

“4. We are also proud that Her Excellency, Chief Mrs Maudline Uzoamaka Nwifuru, the quintessential Mother of Ebonyi State has fully complimented your efforts through her pet project, the BERWO, that has touched the lives of Ebonyi women and children.

“5. On account of all these, we are very proud of Your Excellencies and joyfully congratulate you on your excellent performance. We equally pray for God’s continued blessings and grace upon you as you pilot the affairs of Ebonyi State.”
