Federal Government has Commenced rehabilitation of Coastal Road, As EUC homes Ltd Increased Price of Oceanwood Courts.
With the commencement of the coastal road from Lagos to Port Harcourt which is adjacent to one of the EUC homes Ltd most luxurious properties Oceanwood Courts and Ext .
The EUC homes Ltd announce’s the immediate increase of the property to 10 million naira for Oceanwood and 9.5 million for Oceanwood ext as the neighborhood becomes more vibrant and attractive.
In the past week EUC homes Ltd CEO and former NNPP Governorship candidate Imo, Hon Chief Uche Ben Odunzeh had urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to commence the road to boost the Nigeria economy and connect other African countries been that Nigeria is the only country without a coastal road in west Africa and we are happy he concurred and is doing the needful.
At the site, the Project Manager of EUC homes Hon Dr Muyiwa Victor Adeyemo stated that the new development will boost the estate value and subscribers should remember that allocation is on March 30th 2024
