I Was Not Issued Admission Letter – Undercover Reporter Speaks On Fake Certificate Saga

Umar Audu, a reporter for Daily Nigeria, who conducted an undercover investigation into the thriving business of obtaining a Cotonou varsity degree in just six weeks, has disclosed his participation in the NYSC scheme.

However, he revealed that he was not issued an admission letter during the process.

During an interview on Channels Television on Wednesday, January 3, Audu stated that he was not issued an admission letter, he also disclosed that he was unaware of the location of the school.

He said: “I never offered the course, I was not even issued admission letter, I don’t know where the school is located.

“All I did was to get this agent, and he requested for certain amount of money which I paid, and on the receipt it was issued that I was admitted into 300 level, and I paid 380,000 thousand as tuition fees and other expenses for the evaluation letter even though subsequently there were demand for some more money to which I paid.

“I never attended the school, I never attended any class either online, virtual or physical.”
