A banking expert , Mr Clem Kingsley, has lauded the appointment of Hon. Lekan Badmus as Executive Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority, saying his experience will add value to service delivery in the country’s ports regulatory establishment.
Mr Kingsley, who is the Managing Director of Whitecrust Investment Company Limited, Lagos, stated this in a personally signed congratulatory message to felicitate with the new appointee.
The Chartered Accountant commended the nation’s president, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for Badmus’s appointment, adding that he is a round peg in a round hole.
The investment expert also thanked the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy for nominating Badmus, who is a former commissioner for Regional Integration and Special Duties in Osun State.
In Kingsley’s words , ” Hon Olalekan Badmus introduced a number of projects including the famous essay writing competition for students of secondary schools and tertiary institutions in commemoration of the Independence Day AnniversaryOsun State”.
The program, according to him, encouraged the spirit of healthy rivalry and scholarship among students of Osun State origin.
The Whitecrust boss said with his experience as a former Managing Director of a big company and a commissioner in Osun State , Olalekan Badmus deserves the new appointment as a go-getter who has a proven record of achievements.
Kingsley also advised the newly appointed Executive Director of NPA to put up a superlative performance in the service of Nigeria so as not to betray the trust the people have in him.
The Head Of Whitecrust Investment outfit said he believed that Olalekan Badmus would succeed owing to his experience, dedication, commitment, and spirit of patriotism.
