Ondo IPAC Debunks Passing Vote Of Confidence On Gov Akeredolu, Addressing Press

The Ondo State IPAC Chairman, Prince Adesanya Olaoluwa, has clarified that those who addressed the press last week in the name of IPAC and passed vote of confidence on Governor Rotimi AKEREDOLU did not represent the interest of the body in the State, AMILOADED reports.

In statement issued by Prince Adesanya and obtained by AMILOADED correspondent said majority of those who addressed the press are members of deregistered political parties in Ondo.

He also stated that the Ondo IPAC has concluded plans to pay a courtesy visit to Pa Fasonranti and thank him for his quick interference in the crisis going on between the Governor, Deputy Governor and the legislative arms.

The statement reads, “The Chairman of ondo state inter party advisory council Prince Adesanya olaoluwa hereby wish to inform the general public especially the people of ondo state that those that address the press last week in the name of IPAC ondo state and passed vote of confidence on Governor Rotimi AKEREDOLU did not represent the interest of Ondo IPAC.

“Majority of them are members of the deregistered political parties that are no longer members of IPAC and four of them that are chairmen of political parties did not get the approval of the IPAC Executives before embarking on it.

“Ondo state IPAC has concluded our plans to pay a courtesy visit to our father Pa Fasonranti and thanks him for his quick interference in the crisis going on between the Governor, Deputy Governor and the legislative arms and also to appreciate him for the love he has for the state.

“Those that gave the press statement tittle ” ondo opposition political parties back Tinubu over AKEREDOLU, Ayedatiwa” did not represent the interest of Ondo state IPAC.

“Ondo IPAC did not oppose the tittle but the title was presented by group of impostors that wanted to get cheap popularity.

“The council chairman, Prince Adesanya olaoluwa therefore advice all Governorship aspirants from different political parties and those in the government to be careful on those to be dealing with and they should always carry their state party chairmen along before they entertain any political visitor.

“There 18 registered political parties in ondo state under the umbrella of IPAC, both ruling party and opposition parties are all under the umbrella of IPAC.

“Ondo state IPAC decided to be silent on the crisis in the state because we have the assurance that the state chairman of APC,Engr Adetimehin has the potential, ability and God given wisdom to settle it since the crisis was initially seen as an internal crisis, the matter was still pending in the law court then, the interference of the President of the federal republic of Nigeria His Excellency Bola Almed Tinubu and Pa Fasonranti has made IPAC silence on the matter.

“Prince Adesanya olaoluwa on behalf of ondo state IPAC hereby thanks our fathers and Mr President for pouring oil into the troubling water and wish Governor Rotimi AKEREDOLU quick recovery.”
