In the video shared on TikTok, the mentally challenged couple were seen sitting in public and displaying their undying love for each other to the amazement of onlookers.
The young man dressed in a black outfit sat on a step while his woman who is also rested her body on him.
The man could be seen whispering into her ears and whatever he said made her blush even more.
