MARGINALIZATION OF ILOBU TOWN IN THE GOVERNMENT OF OSUN STATE.
Your Excellency,
- Trust this letter meets you well your Excellency, Governor JACKSON NURUDEEN ADEMOLA ADELEKE.
- Come to think of it sir, ILOBU as the Administrative Headquarters of old Irepodun Local Government has been taken lead in all political activities of both Irepodun and Orolu Local Governments.
- Facts are there undisputable that, the VOTES delivered to your Excellency in the last Gubernatorial Election is very significant and unprecedented.
- Out of the 3 major towns comprising Irepodun and Orolu State Constituency, ILOBU returned the HIGHEST VOTES to your Excellency during the last Gubernatorial Election.
- In Irepodun Local Government, which comprises ILOBU and ERIN OSUN, ILOBU alone delivered at least 75 Percent of the total votes of the Local Government returned to your Excellency.
- We’re very sure you were very glad for this outstanding performance.
- Now, MAJOR APPOINTMENTS have been made and Three of such MAJOR APPOINTMENTS came to Irepodun Local Government namely:
Commissioner, Board Chairman and Special Adviser.
- Non of the 3 Major Appointments was given to ILOBU TOWN. who returned 75 Percent of the total votes that came from Irepodun Local Government to your Excellency.
- WHAT HAVE WE DONE WRONG IN ILOBU?
- DOES IT MEAN WE DO NOT HAVE CAPABLE PERSONS IN OUR PARTY WHO ARE FROM ILOBU?
- ARE WE ONLY MEANT TO BE USED AND DUMPED IN ILOBU?
- IS OUR PARTY NOT COMING TO SEEK FOR VOTES IN ILOBU EVER AGAIN?
- WHAT EXPLANATION SHOULD WE GIVE TO THE ELECTORATES FROM ILOBU AND PARTY MEMBERS ON THIS GROSS INJUSTICE ON OUR PART.?
