Prince Debo Odesola has congratulated Hon. Abidemi Oyewusi on his inauguration as the Deputy Speaker of the Osun State House of Assembly, AMILOADED reports.
Odesola congratulated Oyewusi, the lawmaker representing Ife North constituency, in a statement he personally signed on Wednesday.
He said, “In any political settings, we have three arms of government in which legislature is a crucial part. It is the arm of government that deal with passing of bills into law before it can be recognized in any democratic state.
“Be that as it may, I Prince Debo Odesola and all PDO team congratulate hon.Abidemi Oyewusi Ireyode on his inauguration as deputy speaker of Osun State 8th assembly.
“I want you as a principal officer and number 2 in the Osun Assembly chamber to focus on bills that bring development to the state, bills that will allow common man to be able to enjoy dividend of democracy. We are proud of you as the true son of Akalako. I believe your wealth of experience will make you excel in your new portfolio.
“Remember all your promises with the people of Ife North constituency and all your political associates. You have started well and by God grace you will end well in Jesus name.”
