Prince Debo Odesola has congratulated Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, on his victory at the Supreme Court which affirmed his election, AMILOADED reports.
Odesola in a statement on Thursday, described Adeleke’s victory as well deserved.
He congratulated the leaders and members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State as well as the citizens of the state over the governor’s victory in the court.
Odesola urged Adeleke and the PDP to now focus on how to institute a workable cabinet from the state to local level.
He said, “So far so good, the final legal battle between Governor Adekola Adeleke of PDP and immediate past Governor Gboyega Oyetota of APC has come an end at Abuja Supreme Court.
“Firstly, let me thank almighty God for his mercy and grace on Governor Ademola Adeleke and PDP party as a whole for the Supreme Court victory that affirmed his victory in the last year governorship election.
“The law has spoken, as we all know that judiciary is the last hope of common man and this has been proved in judgement delivered at the Supreme Court in favour of our great party.
“Let me say a big congratulation to all our party leaders, Adeleke dynasty, all the spiritual leaders, party members and all citizens of our dear Osun State for the well-deserved victory.
“Now that that the legal battle has been won at the apex court of law, our dear governor and the party should focus on how to institute a workable cabinet from the state down to local level.
“The people of Osun should now enjoy good governance without distraction under the leadership of our able governor.”
