A Yet-to-be-identified man was spotted bathing n@ked in front All Progressive Congress (APC) Party Secretariat at Ogo Oluwa area in Osogbo, Osun State capital.

The video has since caused stir as the man didn’t feel ashamed while bathing in broad daylight. Passersby could be seen watching him in surprise.
