A video making waves on the internet has captured the moment a father wiped off his daughter’s makeup on her wedding day, allegedly because he “couldn’t recognize her”.
In the video shared on TikTok, the father was spotted using a handkerchief to forcefully remove the bride’s makeup.
The chief bridesmaid could also be seen on the left side of the frame, wiping off the nail polish on her hands.
Netizens who commented on the video disagreed with the father’s actions, saying it was his daughter’s day, and he has no say in how she wishes to present herself, others, going further, stated that if they were in that position, they would cut all ties with their father.

That’s better. Too much of freedom will soon turn to madness. Charity begins at home. Kudos to the father for not allowing the society to change the daughter completely. She can turn to monkey after leaving the Dad’s house finally but the father feel not when he is still present. God bless the Dad.
