Debo Odesola Mourns Isiaka Adeleke 6th Year’s Death, Says Ex-Governor Liberated Osun Citizens On Good Governance

Prince Debo Odesola has mourned the death of the former governor of Osun State, Isiaka Adeleke, saying he liberated the people of the state to how affairs of the government should be, AMILOADED reports.


Odesola, in a statement on Sunday, said Adeleke, who died six years ago, should be celebrated as “a great leader and father of all”.
He said, “It is good to remember you as you departed this sinful world six years ago.


“Your legacy of good governance as the first executive governor of Osun State can’t be set aside. You liberated the people of Osun State to how affairs of the government should be. Your love to electorates can’t be quantified.


“Your death and departure need to be celebrated every year as a great leader and father of all. We love you, but God loves you much.


“Continue to rest in the bosom of the Lord. Sleep on serubawon.”
