Some customers of Polaris Bank at its First Gate branch inside Festac, Lagos, nearly got into a fight on Monday over who would get into the bank first.
While some customers insisted on entering according to the number they had been given, others said that they should enter as they stood on the queue, a suggestion accepted by the bank security staff.
According to Punch report, customers lament that the lack of coordination of the queue contributed to them not getting cash on Friday.
Asked how much was being dispensed over the counter, our correspondent was told the sum of ₦3,000.
Nigerians have been facing hardship with getting cash over the new naira policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
