Osun Commissioner, Olalekan Badmus, Mourns Death Of Former Osogbo LG Chairman, Wale Lasisi

The Osun State Commissioner for Special Duties and Regional Integration, Engr Olalekan Badmus, has described the death of the former Chairman of Osogbo Local Government, Alhaji Wale Lasisi, as “a collosal loss” to Osogbo in particular, and the state in general, AMILOADED reports.

Badmus made this known in a statement signed by him on Tuesday over the death of the former chairman.

Badmus described the deceased as “a noble, patriotic and selfless leader who contributed substantially to the growth of the state, as an educationist and a former Chairman of Osun State Civil Service Commission.”

He added, “Baba Lasisi was a diligent, honest and exemplary grassroots politician and leader who used his social capital and deeply enamoured personality to work for our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC). We will miss him greatly.”

Badmus prayed for the soul of the late octogenarian and asked God to “grant the family, political associates and everyone linked to him the stamina to bear the big loss.”
