A lecturer at the University of Uyo has been captured on tape using a cane on a student believed to be in his department.
In a video which surfaced on social media, the undergraduate seems to have visited the lecturer at his office for reasons best known to him.
However, he did not get the desired result from the lecturer who ended up flogging him on his buttocks.
The clip which was secretly recorded by someone in the office, sparked reactions from netizens who felt it was wrong for a lecturer to flog an undergraduate.
