BREAKING: Army Confirms Borno Attack, Releases Photograph Of General Killed By ISWAP

The Nigerian Army has confirmed that its troops came under attack in Borno State earlier in the day.

AMILOADED had reported how a Brigadier-General and some soldier were killed in an ambush.

According to DailyTrust, in a statement on Saturday evening, Brigadier-General Onyema Nwachukwu, Army Spokesman, described the incident as tragic.

He said the Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Faruk Yahaya, has commiserated with the families of the deceased officers.
