The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has alerted over widely spread rumour of recruitment exercise.
Wilson Uwujaren, EFCC spokesman, in a statement on Sunday on the official Facebook page of the commission, stated that the commission is currently not recruiting.
According to the statement titled: ‘THE EFCC IS CURRENTLY NOT RECRUITING, the commission said: “The EFCC is an equal opportunity employer and once we have a need for recruiting more officers, the Commission will advertise in the National Dailies, it’s Website and Social Media pages.
“The Commission strictly applies the Federal Character law in it’s recruitment. Recruitment at EFCC is done after a Needs Analysis and gaps identified.
“Beware of employment scam, we will update you if any recruitment commences in the future.”
