Alh. Samaila Achigak Ahalu RUKUBA, a highly accepted aspirant of the forcoming bye-election for Bassa/Jos North, has felicitated with the governor of the state, Mr. Simon Lalong on sallah celebration.
According to a statement personally signed by him, he said: ” I use this medium to praise Governor Lalong for being consistent on the major issues of the State, especially institutionalisation of Peace and mutual respect between the entire inhabitants of the State. Activities in the state hitherto constraint by severe suspiciousness, have now taken their natural instincts, love and mutual respect, co-existence transcending all strata to include religious and Socio-economic perspectives.
“We know the pains that go with such efforts, I’m however encouraging his excellency to consider all all as his personal sacrifices. “Zaman Tare” has been assiduously pursued by Governor Lalong and replicated by the entire stratum of his Government, clearly indicating the “Leadership by Example” paradigm shifts.
“All successive Sallah Celebrations, Easter Celebrations, Christmas Celebrations and all, have been Peaceful since, 2015, posing the question, so is it possible in Plateau?
“Alh. Rukuba therefore call on the terrible elements still working hard to frustrate these achievements to realise the common resolve of Plateau People that, they Prefer “Zaman Tare”, than the divisive attitudes of others, culminating into selective attacks, Kidnappings, hijacking and other avoidable mischievousness. “Zaman Tare” on the Plateau has come to stay, we all need to compliment, Governor Simon Bako Lalong’s pacts with God, against evil.
