The Senator representing Osun West Senatorial District, Adelere Oriolowo has taken to his social media handles to explained how he escaped assassination attempt on Sunday afternoon.
According to report, unknown gunmen attacked the Senator and his entorouge at Ikire, Irewole local government area of Osun State. The scene falls under his Constituency.
Giving the update on his Facebook page, he said: “Just escaped an Assassination attempt on my life and that of my entourage. To God be the glory, we are safe and alive.
“God is my helper, my shelter and my fortress, I fear no evil.”
