As Osun State moving closer to its governorship election next year, multitudes of sons and daughters of Osun state have declared their support for the intention of Barr. Kunle Rasheed Adegoke to succeed the incumbent Governor Rauf Aregbesola.
This came as the governorship aspirant unveiled his campaign slogan: “Future Assured” meaning “Ojo Ola To Daju” in Yoruba language last week with flagging off of some campaign vehicles bearing posters of K-RAD.
No doubt, all the governorship aspirants in the State are putting finishing touches to their preparations towards formal declaration of their ambition to govern the state but Adegoke’s actions so far has endeared him to the hearts if of Osun people.
One of the teeming supporters and admirers of the Osogbo born legal guru, at the occasion said, “with Kunle Rasheed Adegoke as the governor of Osun from November, 2018, the future of Osun as an entity that can create happiness for her people is guaranteed.
The supporters added that the essence of the new campaign slogan just unveiled by KRAD campaign team across Osun State was to show that the aspirant is committed to repositioning the state.
Billboards had been erected, posters pasted, campaign vehicles were also commissioned to convey the messages to the good people of Osun State.
Supporters are optimistic that Barr Adegoke would clinch the party ticket and win the election next year to succeed the outgoing Governor Aregbesola.
