Comrade Awowole Samuel Opeyemi who is also known as Awo Sam was born in the 80’s, to the family of Mr and Mrs Awowole of the Fejajoyin Compound, Gbodo in ile-ife, Ife East Local government area, Osun State.
He commenced his educational career at Baptist Day Primary School, Okitipupa, Ondo State, before proceeding to Edo College, Benin City and later went to Stella Maris College, Okitipupa, Ondo State for the completion of his secondary education.
In the pursuit of tertiary education, Awo Sam attended the Osun State college of Education, Ilesha where he bagged the Nigeria Certificate in Education (N.C.E.) and later proceeded to the University of Ibadan for his degree in Educational Management/Political Science.
Awo Sam performed his mandatory one year NYSC in Niger State.
During his days as a student, Awowole Samuel was a vibrant Comrade which afforded him the opportunity to held positions like the AMFJ Secretary Steering committee, Public Relations Officer, Students Union Constitution Review Committee, √Secretary Screening committee, Students Union Electoral Commission.NANS, Osun Axis- Public Relations Officer, NANS, Osun Axis- Chairman, NANS, South West, Zone D-Assistant General Secretary, NANS, South West, Zone D-Public Relations Officer and many others.
Comrade Awowole Samuel is a well known and active member of NIDSA-National Ife Descendant Students Association both at the local and National level and he is a respected stakeholder in NAOSS- National Association of Osun State Students.
His commitment for total students welfare, love and Unity for the Yoruba race while in school actually led to his invitation by the then respected leaders of the National Association of Ondo State Students, NAOSS Ondo, Oscoed ilesa chapter to serve being his mother town/State.
Comrade Awo Sam is a man of vision always driven with purpose to achieve great service productive with the leadership instinct he is endowed with.
Comrade Awowole Samuel Opeyemi is a Teacher with years of experience and is an Education Consultant and human resources. Comrade Awo Sam is the Director of ASLEC-Awo Sam Legacy Educational Consults.
Awo Sam has attended numerous conferences, workshops and seminars and is a recipient of different awards.
