The lawmaker representing Obokun State Constituency in the Osun State House of Assembly, Olatunbosun Oyintiloye has joined millions of lovers and well wishers to celebrate the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdul-Rasheed Adewale Akanbi over his 50 years birthday celebration.
According to a statement by the lawmaker on Saturday, he described Oba Akanbi as an outstanding monarch whose character, conducts and activities have brought fortune to Iwo land and Osun state at large.
Oyintiloye who said that attaining the golden age of fifty is an heavenly gift thanked God over the life of Oluwo which he described as an iconic one.
The lawmaker who is also the chairman, House Committee on Information and Strategy maintained that Oluwo is a strong pillar for the Aregbesola led APC administration in the state whose diplomatic efforts has been tremendously helpful to the government.
He however wished the monarch a long life and prosperity as well as a peaceful reign on the throne of his ancestors.
