I’m Not Negotiating With My Governorship Ambition – Benedict Olugboyega Alabi

A foremost politician in Osun who has also expressed his willingness to context in the next year’s governorship election in Osun, Dr. Benedict Olugboyega Alabi has debunked insinuation that he is using his gubernatorial ambition to negotiate position in the incoming administration.

Amiloaded gathered this through Adegboyega’s speech while featuring on a program organized by the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, UNIQ FM chapel, titled, Media encounter.

Dr. Adegboyega used the one-hour live interactive session to map out part of his blueprint for the state of Osun if elected as the governor.

The economist turned politicians also disclosed his preparedness to finance his election, if eventually emerged APC candidate.

Reacting on what he would do with the Aregbesola’s legacies in Osun,Dr Olugboyega Alabi pledged to build on them, noting that government must be continuous, for the sake of development.

He used the avenue to admonish politicians to stop projects/programs abandonment, especially when such programs are peoples oriented.

On the workers welfare, BOA who recalled that there was an agreement between Osun workforce and Aregbesola’s government on the payments of modulated salary,however promised to revive workers and pensioners welfare priority.
