Transformer Thief Caught After Surviving Electrocution In Borno (See Photos)

This transformer thief was caught in the early hours of today, inside the transformer of the State School of Nursing, Maiduguri, Borno State. He got badly burnt while trying to cut off the transformer cables. Luckily, he survived electrocution and later taken to the hospital.
