Zonal coordinator NEMA NORTH EAST Alh Muhamned Kanar led a team of Agency officials and selected stakeholders to deliver food items and medicaments to internally displaced persons from liberated communities around Monguno LGA of Borno state residing in satellite IDP camps.
The Satellite camps are set up in liberated communities by the military in collaboration with with NEMA which provides relief items to cater for the welfare of vulnerable inhabitants of such camps.
Recent military operations have opened up most of the liberated communities which were inaccessible due to insurgents control over the area making it possible to deliver charity.
